Urban Operator Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and defective items.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, and returned in original packaging (if applicable).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus the original shipping cost.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free and allowed within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • Limit one exchange per item. If the exchanged item still does not meet your needs, it will be eligible for return only (see Returns policy above).

  • Exchange shipping costs (to you) are covered by Urban Operator.


Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Contact us at [support email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

  • We will promptly replace the item or issue a refund, including shipping, depending on your preference.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at sales@urban-operator.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps and a return authorization if eligible.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.


Note: Items returned that do not meet the conditions above (e.g., used, damaged by customer, or beyond 30 days) will not be accepted or refunded.
